You can improve your English skills by watching films and videos in English.Try to listen to English songs and understand the plot of it.It will help your brain "to think English" faster. Plan your holidays abroad.It will help you to practice the language every day, in the shops and restaurants, while using the public transport and seeing the interesting plases.On top, you can find some friends there and continue your communication with the native speaker.Focus on communication and your vocabulary will grow much faster. Don't try to translate everything into your native language.It will take a lot of time from you and confuse you also.To my mind,it's better to try to understand the general idea of the conversation than mix everything going into small details.
